Sprint 1 (MVP v1) — June 15–21, 2026¶
- Milestone: Sprint 1
- Sprint Goal: Deliver a working face recognition system with temporary registration and full Docker deployment, ready to run without manual setup
- Focus: Face recognition, Docker, admin panel, database
- Items:

Sprint 2 (MVP v1) — June 22–28, 2026¶
- Milestone: Sprint 2
- Sprint Goal: Improve recognition speed and reliability by switching to a lightweight model, enabling video-based face enrollment, adding liveness detection, and deploying to Raspberry Pi 5.
- Focus: Hardware integration, Raspberry Pi, camera, liveness detection, recognition speed
- Items:
- #PBI: Switch to a lightweight recognition model,

- Milestone: Sprint 3
- Sprint Goal: Improve system visibility through status LED indicators and deliver customer-requested improvements from the last review.
- Focus: LEDs connection, employee management improvements from customer feedback
- Items:
- #Bug: excessive addition of logs
- #PBI: Add a check to see if a person is already registered in the system,
- #PBI: Remove test section from the recognition page,
